Performing the role of Senior Executive to manage the Financial Closing of the company every month to know the monthly performance and position and reporting to the management. Improving the Accounting And Finance function on regular basis by bringing all possible efficiencies. Managing the operation in terms of executing monthly payroll, Vendor payments, customer receivable and collections. Handling Annual Audit Engagaement with the Auditors.
• Owns and manages the end to end accounting function.
• Supports month end close activities to meet strict corporate deadlines.
• Maintains an appropriate accrual process to ensure matching of revenue and cost.
• Owns inter-company and balance sheet/sub ledger reconciliations for the global organisation.
• Controls the fixed asset register.
• Prepares draft monthly financial reports for review by the Regional Financial Controller on a timely basis.
• Manages the requirements of external auditors during the audit process.
• Owns the monthly cash flow forecasting process.
• Ensures internal controls compliance and improvements.
• Manages, Analyses, Controls the Letters of Guarantees/Stand-by Letters of Credit issued to Core Franchisors.
• Consolidates the financial performance of all entities for preparing group financial performance report.
• Presents the Key KPI Reports for Internal Management Analysis.
• Monitors the key accounting ratios over the banking covenants.
• Monitors the payable ledger to ensure that the payments are in line with agreements.
