● Working closely with hiring managers to stay informed of their hiring needs within finding the
right candidate to fill the requisition. Responsible for Screening and Shortlisting candidates according to requirement Scheduling
and coordinating the interviews. Conducting face-to-face and telephone interviews with candidates. Responsible for evaluating and selecting candidates through a structured recruitment
process designed to obtain the best candidates. Performing background checks on the applicants and identify potential red flags. Developing reporting metrics and making recommendations to the Hiring Managers based on data-driven analysis. Regular follow-up with the respective hiring managers and candidates to ensure timeliness of recruitment process after the interviews. Maintaining solid relationships and partnering with the hiring manager, business leaders, and
HR to meet staffing objectives. Maintaining current knowledge of the organization's structure, personnel policies, and federal
regulations. Assisting region employment agencies, colleges, and industry with recruitment associations.
