Scope of Project: Breakwater & Dike Construction( about 1.5 Km )-Terminals ( Container, multipurpuse, and General Cargo) Quay Walls( Five deck&Pile Quays "Open Type" with total length of 1200 Meter ) -Reclamation (470 Hectare )-Dredging( 25 million m^3 )
Location: Negin Island, Bushehr Province, Gulf, Iran.
Duties:
*Performs all necessary field assignments for supervision of works in progress.
*Control of Project's schedule and dependent activities as :Work break down system(WBS), Weight Factor, Cash Flow, Assigning resource, Critical Path, etc
*Updating the Project’s Schedule and Preparing Monthly, Weekly Reports and Checking Daily Reports and calculation of Probable Delays and giving Appropriate Alert to the contractor and Client
*Checking Method Statements and Shop Drawings
*Checking Works Volume Calculation & periodic Invoices of Project
*Ensuring performance of tests and inspections due to Project procedures and Collecting documents, Volume and sections of Finished Works
*As-built Drawings Control According to the orders and drawings
Scope of project : Earth-Filled Embankment Dam with 140 million m^3 reservoir volume and 470 meter free Ogee spillway and 120 Km Roads and dependent structures
Location: Firuzkuh, Tehran Provience, Iran
Job role:
- overseeing the project delivery and management of all technical matters, together with responsibility for the long-term as well as the day-to-day.
- Leading and managing the design and construction teams of project -Effectively communicate organizational support needs (Engineering assistance, QC assistance, etc.) for maintaining compliance with construction schedule and design requirements. -- Preparation and submission of regular progress reports to the Project Manager together with details of recommended measures to overcome anticipated problems and maintain project progress within program and budget.
- Ensure that adequate and appropriate QA and QC systems and procedures are established and implement.
Scope of Project: Breakwater Construction- Fishery & Police Port, Quay Wall-Reclamation
Location : Suawiq, Al Batinah region, Oman
Duties:

Location: Beheshti Port Development, Chabahar, Oman Sea, Iran
Duties:
*Performs all necessary field assignments for supervision of works in progress.
*Control of Project's schedule and dependent activities as :Work break down system(WBS), Weight Factor, Cash Flow, Assigning resource, Critical Path, etc
