Managing the cash flow of the entity.
Ensuring that cash flows are adequate to allow business units to operate effectively.
Maintain Financial & accounting system.
Preparing and presenting financial reports for meetings and investors.
Working with executives and business heads to prepare budgets and track Surplus or Deficit.
Liaising with other departments and business units on a range of issues.
Providing advice on financial matters impacting on the company as a whole.
Preparing financial reports and timely submissions to relevant government entities, donor agencies.
Arranging & supporting financial audits and reviews as required.
Develop appropriate internal controls and accounting procedures
Supervising employees in the Finance and Administration Department and is responsible for the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of this unit
Assist the Manager/Section Head with the preparation, consolidation and review of quarterly and annual budgeting processes and plans for the entity.
Develop charts of accounts and templates for the entity.
Prepare & submit the variances in spending to the management.
Oversee the timely preparation & distribution of the payroll.
