 Managing the cash flow of the entity.
 Ensuring that cash flows are adequate to allow business units to operate effectively.
 Maintain Financial & accounting system.
 Preparing and presenting financial reports for meetings and investors.
 Working with executives and business heads to prepare budgets and track Surplus or Deficit.
 Liaising with other departments and business units on a range of issues.
 Providing advice on financial matters impacting on the company as a whole.
 Preparing financial reports and timely submissions to relevant government entities, donor agencies.
 Arranging & supporting financial audits and reviews as required.
 Develop appropriate internal controls and accounting procedures
 Supervising employees in the Finance and Administration Department and is responsible for the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of this unit
 Assist the Manager/Section Head with the preparation, consolidation and review of quarterly and annual budgeting processes and plans for the entity.
 Develop charts of accounts and templates for the entity.
 Prepare & submit the variances in spending to the management.
 Oversee the timely preparation & distribution of the payroll.
