I've spent the 2 years working full-time as a Sr. Product Manager/ Brand Manager for Edusys Services Pvt. Ltd located in Bangalore, India. I have an experience of leading teams collocated in two different countries(3 cities) and coordinating all the activities that goes around in all the 3 locations. I am currently managing a team of over 8 members which includes content writes, videos editors and technical staff located in India and USA. Please find below the list of duties I have carried during my time in Edusys Services:
Product Management/Brand Management of Internal brands (Videos marketing and visibility for brands like Six Sigma Green and Black Belt, Agile, Scrum, ITIL, Prince 2, ITIL-CSI, Service Operation, PMP, CBAP, COBIT, MSP and working with external freelancers on language conversion).
Product Release Management (coordinating with tech team and the sales team)
Team Lead (handling a team of 8 people which includes content writers, editors and technical associates located in India and USA).
Quality Analysis, Competitor Analysis and Project Planning.
Marketing Communication Activities.
Chalking out go to Market Strategy for the new products and continually monitoring the existing products in terms of analytics and visibility.
Working with Google Analytics and other analytics platform to analyse the performance of the products.
Working along with the team of 5 content editors for the effort on various Social Media Channels like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Quora, Flickr and other Blogging websites.
Creating the Project Timeline and assessing the quality of the deliverables as a Scrum Master. Also, responsible for Heading the internal department meetings, creating the Project Status Reports, daily deliverables report as per the Scrum Board. Responsible for formulating the business requirement for each of the project that we undertake as per the stakeholder’s needs. Have an experience of heading 3 projects at a time in coordination with the Team in Phoenix, USA, Bangalore and Bhubaneswar India.
I worked as a Management Trainee in Aditya Birla Group (Jayshree Textiles) in Fabric Marketing/Sales Department.
My main responsibilities were:
Sales Report validation with quality specification. Co-ordinating the Design and Development department and IT department. Understanding the Linen Fabric demand and Supply with operational activities involved. (Understanding the Market Scenario).
Market Research understanding and summarizing the reports for market research.
I worked for Lancaster University Students Union as an Elected Vice President for Elections as Post Graduate Students Associations Representative. My work role involved supervision of the elections conducted within the University. Worked under the VP Events and Democracy where I was also responsible for organizing events for the students across the 9 colleges in Lancaster University.
During my tenure I was involved in the projects like complete restructuring of Post Graduate Student Association model and framing constitution for elections. I was responsible for 4000 students living in Graduate College, addressing there problems to the higher authorities and making their living pleasant and enjoyable.
I along with other team members were responsible for increase the brand name of Graduate College in the University where we introduced the concept of LUGRAD(Lancaster University Graduate College) hoodies, where my responsibility was to market the product and make fellow graduate students aware of it.
Chaired several General meetings for the Graduate college and along with that attended the Students Union General meetings.

Interviewing people and detecting the deceptions made by them about an event.
I was elected as a Vice President(1 year internship) of My college for helping out the administration on student requirements and facilitating the student needs. Got a scholarship of 2000 pounds for my masters in Lancaster and 500 pounds to attend summer exchange program in Copenhagen Business School. Computer Science and Engineering from Rajiv Gandhi Technical University, Bhopal 2007-11 & secured 78% with honours and among the top three rankers of the Branch, was a part of the College Debate club and was among the campus placement officer and Class representative of my branch.
Class 12th from Methodist School (I.S.C Board) in 2007 and secured 81%
Class 10th from Methodist School (I.C.S.E Board) in 2005 and secured 82%.
