An integral site of Ergode IT Services Pvt. Ltd. The main features that were developed by me was the RMA module (Return Merchandise Authorization) registering the loss borne by the eCommerce company due to material returns by the customers, resulting in refund/replacement of the material and incurring a loss of extra storage fees and shipping charges. Other than this I also had developed the CSS (Customer Support System) module, with three levels of escalation, mainly L1, L2 and L3, in which L1 is responsible for the initial conversation and intimation regarding the customer query and sorting them out at the initial stage. Other than these I also worked on features for Inventory (Warehouse & Dropship), Finance, implemented EDI (X12) for purchase order (850), Purchase order Acknowledgement (855), Invoice (810) and Inventory (846). Technologies used: PHP, Perl, Python, MongoDB, Rest API, MySQL.
An integral site of 123stores eCommerce Pvt. Ltd. This site is intended to calculate order by order backend profitability of an online shopping cart system. The entire operational part of the online trading from customer order placement till shipment and delivery is being handled order by order. This software also enhances the listing part which actually maintains, enhances and traces day to day price movement and listing details of every item. There are more than half million of items in listing and the software through automatic mechanism settles which item to be listed and which item to be moved away from listing for better profitability. This software also maintains liaison with the finance department in order to trace which component of the 20 cost factors are being realized from customer or the merchant to maintain a perfect balance of all receivables and payables.
