iam working as a commis I baker iam leading a team with 10 staff in shift basis . production planning, inventories, cost controls, and assisting with CDP and choux chef for trial of new products .

•Kept supplies in sufficient stock by assessing inventory levels and reporting lower stock items.

• Sanitized all kitchen equipment after each shift to prevent food borne illness.
