• Manages directly to provide engineering technical support to all the ongoing Projects &workgroups at the site.

• Performing risk and value management and cost control.

providing valuable suggestions for efficiency enhancements.
• Responsible in preparation of Bills and Schedules of Quantities of materials, labor, and services required in the
construction and equipment of the building, or engineering works.

progress for compliance with the specified requirements and observance of safety requirements.
• Proficient in supervising & controlling site activities along with overall monitoring to expedite their safety
providing valuable suggestions for efficiency enhancements.

• Submits site daily reports, inspection requests, estimates and all applicable monitoring reports on a regular basis

• Assuring the implementation of quality and safety aspects at the site. Planning of daily work as per the
instructions from the project engineer.
• Implementation and maintenance of CCTV, FAS, SLP and PHE system.
• Monitoring finishing works and also like mechanical, electrical, ELV, BMS, FAS and PHE (MEP).
