 Periodic Resource planning and procurement in time as premaster schedule in co-ordination with respective departments.

 Preparation of Monthly Invoices and liaising with consultant engineer for approval.
Review and approve the quantity & invoice submitted by subcontractors as per the terms of work orders.

 Supervised construction of Bridges, Retaining walls, Box culverts and other minor structures in the road project.
 Responsible to ensure high standard Quality & HSE procedures and standards.
 Strict compliance to construction schedules and effective utilization of Resources on field
 Responsible to prepare monthly progress plan and resource schedules.
 Preparation of RFI and Daily reports .

Projects worked : Mixed use development for Dubai Lifestyle city/Technopark
 Responsible for project execution as per the contract terms / specification and standards and dealt with leading PMC/consultants in UAE.
 Managed huge involvement of heavy machineries for earth works and ensured their maximum utilization in field with proper planning
 Developed proper management systems to monitor the Project contribution on daily basis so as to control the progress at sites and to ease the management

Project worked: Rehabilitation/Widening of 2 lane to 4 lane carriage way road (KJRP)
 Played an important role in setting up centralized rebar/form yard. Role to ensure the deployment of resources as per demand and ensured timely supply of materials to site locations for fabrication.
 Involved in Taking off quantities for structures as per the construction drawings to facilitate the planning department to prepare realistic time/resource schedules and cost forecasting.
 Responsible to Monitor progress in sites as whole and prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports and programme updates to ease the project manager.

Project Type : Infrastructure development

 Inspection of day to day works being carried by contractors.
 Monitoring of site progress in compliance with specifications and IFC drawings
 Preparation of daily progress report to superiors.
 Attending technical queries and solving onsite technical problems.

Project : Construction of Residential Apartments & Commercial buildings.
 Supervised the construction of residential apartments independently and completed all well ahead of schedule.
 Responsible for planning, procurement co-ordinations, and smooth functioning of daily progress.
 Earned deep knowledge in all sort of items such as Form, Steel, Concrete, Walls and finishes
 MEP/Cladding works as well as special architectural finishes
