Worked as an observer in the department of clinical microbiology and immunology. My job was to observe that the lab attendants are completing their work on time and maintaining proper hygiene while handling the samples.
The topic for my Master's Thesis is Identification, Characterization of the given isolate and Bioperspective for the industrial enzyme Amylase. The Isolate was characterized using biochemical techniques . It was identified by DNA extraction followed by 16s sequencing.
