The flagship company of the group HERO CYCLES LTD. entered into the “GUINNESS BOOK OF
WORLD RECORDS” as the largest bicycle manufacturers of the world in 1986. Hero Cycles Ltd.
(C R Division) implemented SAP in 2001.

• Handle Functional Modules MM and SD.
• Analyzing the Functional Inputs.
• Development of Technical specification documents for the developments assigned.
• Object development and review of the development requests assigned.
• Coding and creation of Unit Test plans for the objects developed.
• Ensuring a high quality solution for all the delivered objects to the client within the Schedule.

• Support Barcode System for Finish Goods Material in SAP.

• Support Weighbridge Software in SAP.
• Developed Customer Complaint System in Sap.
• Developed Sale plan report through uploading data from excel sheet which is given by production and marketing deparment.
• Developed Daily Quick Report for checking sales, production, stock weekly and monthly review.

PI Industries Ltd (PI) is in the business of - Agri-input and Custom Synthesis and Manufacturing of chemicals. Founded in 1947 in Udaipur, Rajasthan (India), PI is popular with farmers for its high quality VEGFRU brands products and services. Earlier known as Pesticides India, to reflect its new diversified businesses it was named as PI Industries Ltd in 1993. Today, PI is ranked amongst the top five Indian Agrochemical Manufacturers, marketers & Exporters and having many first in its name.

Objects Developed during this project

• Transfer posting from special gl ledger to normal balance using bdc t-code used f-39.
• Posting customer down payment to cash in hand using bdc t-code fbcj.
• Refund posting to customer from cash desk and record it into cash journal using bdc using t-code fbcj.
• Created bdc for posting customer receipt into cash journal t-code fbcj.
• Gl opening balance upload data into sap r/3 using bdc for giving opening balance for all gl using t-code fb01.
• Customer opening balance upload data into sap r/3 using bdc t-code fb01.
• Vendor opening balance upload data into sap r/3 using bdc t-code fb01.
• Billing document release for generating billing document released using bdc t-code Vf01.
• Cash flow report detail and summary of all business transaction involve in operational activities in a company code.
• Cash voucher report for printing voucher through smart forms.
• Created report cheque receipt and attach into smartform for Cheque receipt in bank sub account (cheque received account).
• Created report cheque payment and attach into smartform for Cheque payment from bank sub account (cheque payment account).
• Journal voucher report generated for all the journal voucher takes place and for printing through smart form.
• Checking the performance of the report
• Creation of Data Dictionary objects like Tables, Domains and Data Elements.
• Created alv report of cheque receipt register to recive cheque from customers.

Pastly working with Elevate Consulting Services as a SAP ABAP Technical Consultant from April 2009 to august 2011.

The Group produces over 150 million garments every year. Its network of around 6, 000 contemporary stores around the world .

Objects Developed during this project

• Generated Alv report to list purchase requisitions and attach a smart form of purchase requisition using a specific call function.
• Created a report for stock analysis based on company codes, valuation area, material number and material type.
• Created reports of goods receipt register, goods issue register.
• Created some smart forms like goods receipt slip, gate pass, material purchase order, work purchase order, work purchase request etc.
• Developed an ALV report to display Sales Order Header list.
• Uploading material master data into sap r/3 using bdc t-code mm01.
• Created a bdc session method using t-code pa30 to upload employee attendance data through background processing.
• Created alv reports of shop details and their rent status.
• Checking the performance of the report.
• Modifications of standard layouts.
• Generated an Interactive Report to display Details of Sales Orders item details and to display Schedule line of delivery Items.
• Created a classical Report to display Annual Sales Order List based on sales order number.
• Developed screens using Module Pool Programming.
• As a part of the above developments created some custom tables, structures, domains and data elements.
• Worked on visibility and invisibility of input box, list box, push buttons and table control.
