1. Quotation collection from different supplier for vendor development.
2. Developing new Vendor for smooth and regular supply.
3. Coordinating with New Vendor for sample collection.
4. Quotation comparison in terms of rate, quality and delivery time.
5. Taking reduction from supplier in case of bulk order quantity.
6. Find new supplier from local market as well as National and International Market as per
availability & need of our standard.
7. Preparing Data sheet of our Requirement like material specification, MOQ, Nature of
requirement and other, if any.
8. Forwarding our requirement data sheet to selected supplier and collection of Quotation from
them by regular follow up.
9. Reviewing the received Quote and filling their quote in our CSQ format.
10. Negotiating with all the selected supplier and try to convince then at our target price without
any compromise in our quality standard.
11. Collecting sample parts from selected supplier and submitting them to Quality dept. for our
quality process verification.
12. If sample gets approved, then collecting supplier registration form fills by certified supplier.
13. After supplier registration, Releasing PO to our supplier.
14. Planning supplier Audit to cross verifying whether he is following his process flow chart which
was submitted to us or not for fulfilling our order.
15. Communicating supplier if delivered material have some shortage/excess item or doesn’t have
quality parameters as per sample part submitted by him.
16. Inform management in case of any delay of transit material on time so that necessary action
should be takes place.
17. Collecting Material Quality certificate if required as per our customer demand or our quality
team requirement.
18. Ensure that payment should be release from accounts dept to our supplier in the given period
of time to avoid future lack of sourcing.
19. Maintaining documented record related to our concern dept.
20. Booking GRN and maintaining Inventory shock Level.
21. Seller Recall and RO dispatch Planning.
22. Space utilization Planning.
23. Follow Up with suppliers regarding shipments.
24. Price Negotiation with vendors.
25. Maintaining stock level in store for smooth Dispatch without any short fall.
26. Procurement of BOM material, Packaging items and Daily house hold item.
27. Maintaining 5’s in Inventory store.
28. Participate in Kaizen Activity.
29. Follow FIFO in Inventory.
30. Generate Purchase Order for new party and Amendment in old Purchase orders.
31. Generate RGP and NRGP for inward and outward of material.
32. Collecting monthly production plan from production department.
33. Releasing monthly and weekly schedule for pickup of material to suppliers.
34. Timely collection of Bills from supplier and after crosses checking them submitted to
accounts department.
35. Maintaining Inventory sheet to avoid shortfall or over inventory at Our End.
36. Costing of product.
37. Releasing and Amendment of contract of our Logistics partner.
38. Preparing all record sheet and data for MR meeting and TS documentation.
