1.Organize engineering staff and controls staff to correctly operate all Mechanical and Electrical plant and equipment to suit the need of the hotel.
2.Plan and implement preventive maintenance program for Fire life safety, Air conditioning, Electrical, Refrigeration, Boiler and steam system, kitchen and laundry equipment, extra low voltage, plumbing and drainage system.
3.Prepare Annual and capital budget for equipment required, repair and maintenance and system modification.
4.Prepare man power budget and conduct performance appraisal and keep staff informed of the expectation and goal of the department.
5.Provide recommend on profitability and performance of the hotel and prepare P&L and attend dept head meeting.
6.Prepare monthly training program and conduct training for new equipment service manual and operation guideline.

1.Develop, recommend, implement and manage the department’s budget capital expenditure plan, forecasts and objectives consistent with maintaining a first class property and management’s expectations.

5.Review contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with vendors, consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractors.

7.Perform maintenance and repair work on the interior and exterior of the buildings, hotel rooms and contents, laundry and kitchen/refrigeration equipment, lighting, heating/air conditioning, ventilation, water treatment systems, and spa equipment.
8.Responsible for developing, implementing and supervising maintenance program in guest rooms, building structure, mechanical, electrical machinery, HVAC system and related equipment.

1.Design of Panel Board with switch gear, indicating meter, indicating LED as per the requirement.
2.Circuit breaker like OCB ACB VCB with microprocessor control, manually draw out, U V release or not as per the requirement and the rating of the voltage.
3.Incomer control panel board and transformer control panel board with switch gear and indicating meter for I, V, PF, HZ reading indicating lamp for all the 3 phase with ON, OFF, TRIP.
4.Design of trunking with cut out, supporting insulator for bus bar. PVC heat shrinkable insulation for bus bar and cable trench.
5.Designing of Wire dimension for the control wiring, bus bar thickness (10mm 8 mm 6 mm) and cable.
6.As per the IES specification checking distance between phase to phase and neutral.
7.Luminaries design and fitting with distribution box .Earthen the metallic part of trunk and panel board with the earthling bar.
