Providing oversight to the running projects and managing P&L for Delhi NCR Fit out assignments. Attending all key meetings, acting as first point of escalation for the clients. Grooming team and nurturing them to take on next level roles.
Helping client to select facility (especially
corporates) and also prepare due diligence reports of the same. Help achieve design, procurement,
execution till close out of the project.with following job responsibilities;
• Liaise with LL and understand/ prepare site due diligence with respect to available services
(high side & low side both), future consideration/ expansions of the buildings if any, site
logistics etc and tabulate the same to client for decision on site selection.
• Liaise with Design consultants and collate the design brief and design package.
• Design Co-ordination, RFIs.
• Contract & vendor management.
• Sample and Mock up approvals.
• Site management.
• Work Measurements.
• Manage quality and good workmanship practice.
• Project Delivery and close out.

Responsibilities :
Site supervision for turnkey Interior Decoration and fit out works including joinery, gypsum
partition, false ceiling, wall paneling and flooring.
• Performing Quality Check control in carpentry workshop production and interior fit out
works at site.
• Complete understanding of contract documents mentioning the specifications of Interior
works, shop drawings and execution of work.
• Meeting/ discussions with the clients, their engineers/ consultants during execution of
projects or for incorporating any changes/ alteration in the project.
• Preparation of schedule of works for execution of project at site.
• Forecast for monthly and weekly progress report.
• Indenting/ sourcing of materials through purchases and follow up for material
procurement at site.
• Monitoring manpower and its output during the execution plan and co-ordination with sub
contractor’s external agencies.
• Reporting to the executive director.
