Prepare Conceptual designs and proposals for ELV Systems.
Site Survey, Review and/or creation of Scope of Work (SOW)
Coordinate with Sales Team, Consultant, Vendors & Project Teams.
Ensuring all Design Drawings, Shop Drawings, Schematics, Cable schedule are
released correctly.
Ensuring all the calculation, Pathways, Rack Positioning, Layout Drawings, wiring
diagrams & system design is correct & workable solution as per project requirement.
Review and comply with standards, codes and AHJ requirements write technical
reports to summarize findings.
Recording, shop drawings revision, Red-markup & As-built drawings.
Ensuring the Shop drawing OCS sheets are responded properly on time.
Managing the draftsman team to ensure the drawings are generated & release
accurately to match the project timelines.
Continuously Monitoring the Pending Task & ensure it is completed on- time.
Close liaison with Design head/ Senior Management to make sure that the scope and
direction of each project are on schedule, as well as other departments for support.
Assisting the Presales team for design clarification, Take-off sheet, Design drawings,
sketch drawings etc.
Follow up on MOI approvals
