As Estimation Engineer, Design Engineer, Site Engineer.
• Coordination with consultant, client, Main Contractor & sub-contractors.
• Arranging & forecasting of manpower, material, tools & machinery as per project requirement, strictly follow up & chase the site staff to complete the project as per target program & in budget cost.
• Responsible for smooth running of projects, track & control on material labor output, utilization of site resources effectively, ensuring safety & quality as per the company standards
• Assigning & monitoring task to the site staff, report the progress of work to the PM.
• Keeping track of As built documents for smooth handover of project. Ensure correct reporting of project status to the manager.
• Preparations of BOQs, Quotations, Variations and running bills of concerned projects.
• Installation of Fire Fighting system, Addressable Fire alarm system and local battery/Central battery emergency lighting system works as per the UAE Fire Code.
• Assisting for preparing shop drawings.
• Assisting in preparing material approval request submittals & obtaining approvals at same time before starting of project
• Following up all NOC's with authority, such as (AADC, Civil Defense, Etisalat etc.).
• Handed over the project successfully including the preparation of all project close-out documents (Testing & Commissioning, As-Built Drawings, O&M and Warranty Letters).
As Maintenance Engineer,
• Planning and maintain schedule, and organizing & controlling the activities, AMC etc.
• Monitored priorities and liaised between maintenance team and management.
• Procured information from various vendors to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
• Provided guidance to management regarding project bids for onsite improvements.
• Established and documented protocols for preventive maintenance procedures.

• Specialized in Consultation/ Estimation/ Designing of Hydrant, Sprinkler, Foam System, Standpipe System, Clean agent system (FM200) as per NFPA Standards, UAE Regulations - Civil Defense, Sharjah.
• Preparing quotes for Residential Buildings, Commercial Buildings & Storage Warehouses.
• Responsible for Design, Preparation of technical specification, selection and cost estimation of project equipments.
• Responsible for co-coordinating all Engineering activities and assign these activities to various discipline Engineers and expedite completion as per schedule.
• Preparation of O&M Manuals.
• Fire water Demand & Fire water tank Calculation following NFPA Standards.

Project Description: Our focus is to produce electricity for farmers by using hydro-kinetic turbine. Hydro-kinetic energy conversion technologies, being tested under controlled environment/pilot project, are at a juncture of pre-commercial or commercial deployment. We placed a turbine at agricultural fields where the water is released for fields. Thus, the setup is set such that the blades of the turbine is placed under the water so the turbine rotates the Dynamo with the help of belt drives and produces electricity. From this setup we generated 12 V of electricity and also can be stored in batteries. Major it is useful for farmers at agricultural fields.
