Providing professional generalist Human Resource support to the organization including employee relations, training and development, recruitment and selection, compensation, performance management and improvement, policy development and documentation, regulatory compliance
for the Group and its divisions serving Oil & Gas companies and engage in following services:
Engineering and Maintenance
Transport
Catering and Camp Services
Auto Service
Medical Equipment
Travel and Tourism
Advise on HR strategies, policies and practices which support achievement of the company’s business objectives whilst fulfilling obligations to employees.
Implementation and delivery of effective hiring strategy to provide a recruitment and selection service to support the company’s objective to hire top talent.
Plan and implement employee development programme to meet identified needs and to support the company’s requirements for on-going development of a superior, skilled workforce.
Deliver training including induction, employee and management development as required
Lead and facilitate the annual compensation and Performance Management Process for the Group.
Assist in developing and calculating appropriate and relevant Human Capital Key Business Initiatives & Reporting
Act as an advocate for both the company and employees, using sound judgment to meet both needs successfully.
Through monitoring for the strict implementation of all policies, procedures and processes.
Managing the recruitment process of the company, liaising with external agencies to recruit Labour force, active head hunt for senior professional’s trough other external channels.
Consolidate the corporate performance report to provide management with the status of progress to ensure continuous performance development and long term sustainability.
Conduct in-depth gap analysis and provide thoughtful interpretation of corporate data and business information based on the reportable KPIs, and then communicate the final results to Company Management.
Take custody of the corporate targets setting process through the introduction of new KPI’s and evaluating the existing KPI targets based on the business priorities, strategic objectives, current operation scenarios and benchmarking with current and historical trends.
Developing of Emiratization strategy, and strategy for diverse Labour supply, where the focus is on long term retention by providing attractive and competitive pay schemes and benefits.
Attendance Management. Payroll management.
Employee’s grievances, managing non-productive employees.
Long term manpower planning.
Employee’s evaluation, Performance Management, In- house training. Induction Training, on boarding formalities.
Developing of salary matrix and grading. Process a data analysis, Managing and formulating KPI’s.
Developing of HRMS.

Developed and implemented suitable sourcing and recruitment strategies in order to meet line managers staffing needs.
Establishing and maintaining relationships with external sources of staff supply locally and internationally to ensure the talent pipeline is well stocked. Negotiated and promoted consistency and visibility of agency agreements across all business. Developed and maintained a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates on very short notice.
Other HR Administrative duties - registering and updating into database employees seniority, holiday rotations, paid holiday, sick leaves, unpaid leave, overtime, loyalty bonuses.
Reporting to CEO.
