Responsible of setting up the strategy and plans for managing retail Sales in 10 different showrooms with accountability and following all the sales figures regarding AC and water treatments products.
Manage & lead sales organization for achieving sales and customer focus targets
Negotiation with local and foreign supplier regarding cost price, lead time, payment terms, sales forecast, updated products etc...
Strategy and manage the retail sales activities regarding the same products
Analyses and acts on feedback from retail outlets & sales reports, liaises with Salesmen based in showrooms.
Direct sales forecasting activities and set performance goals accordingly
Reviews market analyses to determine customer needs, price schedules, and discount rates
Develop, and motivate staff during monthly meeting and during showrooms visit
Direct channel development activity and coordinate sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals;
Epares periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion;
Supervising the section of electronics in the hypermarket of spinneys located in North Lebanon.
Managing a team of salesmen( schedule, customer service, sales technique, etc...)
Coordinating with category head on sales forecast, pricing the products, category display and merchandising
Visiting competitors on regular basis and monitoring their activities( monthly promotion, tactical promotion, ads, etc...) and reporting it to the category head
Arranging weekly and monthly training on product knowldge for the sales team in the section on all new and existing products
Sales man in BHV hypermarket located in Jnah Beirut
Assist customers in IT section
Assist Group Section Head in all his activities( display, price tags, gandolas...)
Attending training session in several multi brands
Achieving daily and monthly targets
After sales service in the section
Contacting loyal customers for special offers
