 Frequency and Neighbours planning.
 Drive Test (TEMS Investigation versions9.0), results analyzing, report preparation and taking actions for improvement.
 2G network analysis and optimization.
 Analysis and solve the 2G CS and PS problem and monitoring their KPI and it's performance
 BSS parameters modification for traffic distribution
 2G KPI templates and reports (for daily work and for executive management) developing and implementation
 Swapping sites from one BSC to another.
 Knowledge of NASTAR, MapInfo Professional and Atoll tools.
 Knowledge of analysing tool Actix Analyzer
 Configure 2G to 3G neighbour relationship for reselection and handover
 Monitoring 3G KPI’s.
 Make CS and PS KPI and counter as per operator requirement.
 Monitoring sub-vendor performance, training and solve their queries.
