Roles and Responsibilities : -
• Around 3 years of experience in technical recruiter.
• Handling end to end recruitment, which involves the entire process from sourcing the resume to getting the candidate onboard.
• Understanding the requirement, sourcing and screening of the resumes as per the requirements sent by the manager lead.
• Checking suitable profiles to the clients specification. Validating the suitable profile.
• Check the candidates expectations on the salary range and match with the range recommended by the company.
• Scheduling the interview as per clients availability.
• Schedule short listed candidates for technical interviews and Client interviews.
• Handling interviews when conducted in our ofice premises on basis of request.
• Follow up with clients against the feedback.
• Follow up with the candidate post selection and schedule for the HR round. Conducting reference checks (If required) and submitting the essential documents required for the process from the candidate.
• Maintaining database and records of candidates.
