1. Search Cases
100% SmartSolve will search all types of cases (technical, RMA, etc.) with search fields being supplied as an input parameter. Web service will send a response with a list all the cases that match the search criteria along with some of the case fields as the output parameters. CaseSearch (Dec 14) existed function; need to swtich to soap services; extend function to cover additional types of cases
2. Read partner details by partner numbers
100% SmartSolve will to search a single partner of any partner type (Companies, Sites, People.) with search fields being supplied as an input parameter. Web service will send a response with the partner that match the search criteria along with partner fields appropriate for that partner type. BP Details (Dec 20) new functionality; design scope will be part of Search Cases; may need new UI
3. Search Partners
100% SmartSolve will search a list of partners which can be of different partner types (Companies, Sites, People.) with search fields being supplied as an input parameter. Web service will send a response with a list all the partners along with some of the partner fields as the output parameters. BP Search (Dec 20) existed functionality; design scope will be part of Search Cases; may need new UI
4. Unit Test cases
For all three APIs

7. ARS Functionality
100 % Risks count count value comes from myautosupport tool so from backend part done. Previously these value is taking from DB. Now it’s taking value from REST services. ARS (Mar 8) Design a backend logic
8. EOS Functionality

9. Burt solving to ARS/EOS
50 % During the time of testing (SIT, UAT) all burts related to ARS/EOS need to resolve ARS/EOS Testing (Mar 15) Resolve a BURTs/BUGS

10. Deployment On Stage and QA environment
50% Daily and As per the demand basis need to Deployment a MYASUP Codebase.
