• Managing Sourcing & Procurement activities, Ensuring contractual compliance
• Handling RFQs, RFPs, POs for Drilling and Workover Rig related equipment and services
• Recognize the day-to-day requirement from Rig Crew and manage procurement activities
• Works closely with Rig operations team and other user dept. to understand their requirements and support
to run the operations smoothly without any Rig shutdowns.
• Maintaining communication with KOC Company officials to address procurement and other related matters
• Plan and Manage procurement activities inline to support organizations Goals and objectives
• Deliver business results including productivity, supplier performance and continuity of supply.
• Developing New Suppliers and maintain strong relationship to support organizational objectives
• Handling international and local supply vendors
• Negotiating and Cost optimization with respect to organizations favorable terms (credit facility, Quality,
Pricing, Delivery etc.)
• Execution of commercial Purchase orders and contracts in favour of organization policies
• Manages delivery performance of the suppliers/Vendors by monitoring Quality and quantity to ensure
adequate stock levels
• Supplier evaluation & overall performance management by conducting periodic meetings
• Manages Supplychain & Logistic activities for imports including (logistics monitoring, customs clearance &
inspections and delivery clearance to the destination)
• Compliance with API & ISO standards and requirements during procurement process
