➢ Total maintenance expenditures.
o Prepare and manage overall Maintenance Budget for Port Equipment’s in order to maximise the operation output (movement of container boxes) in a cost effective manner.

➢ Port Improvement Project / CAPEX (Capital Expenditure Projects)
o Monitored Capex budget and depreciation expenses. Ensured all Capex incurred are capitalised and depreciated in accordance to depreciation policy.
o Reviewed all Capex proposal papers before submitting to Technical Service Committee for approval and ensure all budgeted Capex project to be completed within the agreed time frame.
o Gather information on new port equipment available in the market and carry out necessary modification on obsolete spare parts.
o Planned and executed all CAPEX within the tender specification and agreed time frame.

• Machinery House and Maintenance Crane refurbishment for QC
• Installation of Main Hoist Wire Rope over slack sensor for QC
• Crane modification from single lift spreader to light weight twin lift spreader for QC.
• Inverter overhaul for RTG.
• Operator cabin refurbishment for RTG.
• Fuel additive project for Prime Mover.
• Tyre project for Prime Mover.
➢ Electronic Workshop
o Ensured all electronic cards to be repaired within 5 working days upon receiving from Store and to obtain minimum 3 months life span on equipment upon installation.
o Carried out Periodic Maintenance on all electronic cards for QC and RTG.
➢ Maximise production of compound fertilizers in a cost effective manner.
