➢ Total maintenance expenditures.
o Prepare and manage overall Maintenance Budget for Port Equipment’s in order to maximise the operation output (movement of container boxes) in a cost effective manner.
o Manage overall operation cost by monitoring the actual expenses vs budget and perform analytical review on revenue, cost, operation profit, unit revenue and unit cost.
o Manage and analyse the monthly Business Performance Review compilation and carry out independent analysis on the capacity, employment and equipment planning.
o Weekly reporting to CEO and COO

➢ Plan Preventive Maintenance (PPM) schedule.
o Plan and monitor overall PPM schedule for Port Equipment's in order to minimise breakdown during time operation and improve equipment availability.
o Weekly reporting to CEO, COO and HOD Engineering.

➢ Port Improvement Project / CAPEX (Capital Expenditure Projects)
o Gather information on new port equipment available in the market and carry out necessary modification on obsolete spare parts.
o Plan and execute all CAPEX within the tender specification and agreed time frame.

o Planed and monitored overall PPM schedule for Port Equipment’s in order to minimise breakdown during time operation and improve equipment availability.
o Actively involved in 5 years strategy plan for new the Port Equipment and schedule maintenance plan.
• Came up with new ideas to carry out PPM schedule in which reduced the overall maintenance repair time. Maximised the Port Equipments for maintenance during equipment resting or during slack day in operation.
• Introduced;
• Condition Based Monitoring (CBM) system.
• Periodic Maintenance system.
o Carried out day to day monitoring on PPM schedule completion; Maintenance Order (MO) raised vs Actual completion.
• Weekly reporting to Chairman, HOD (Container & Finance Department)

➢ Port Improvement Project / CAPEX (Capital Expenditure Projects)
o Monitored Capex budget and depreciation expenses. Ensured all Capex incurred are capitalised and depreciated in accordance to depreciation policy.
o Reviewed all Capex proposal papers before submitting to Technical Service Committee for approval and ensure all budgeted Capex project to be completed within the agreed time frame.
o Gather information on new port equipment available in the market and carry out necessary modification on obsolete spare parts.
o Planned and executed all CAPEX within the tender specification and agreed time frame.
o Examples of project implemented and commissioned for Port Equipment;
• Machinery House and Maintenance Crane refurbishment for QC
• Installation of Main Hoist Wire Rope over slack sensor for QC
• Crane modification from single lift spreader to light weight twin lift spreader for QC.
• Inverter overhaul for RTG.
• Operator cabin refurbishment for RTG.
• Fuel additive project for Prime Mover.
• Tyre project for Prime Mover.

➢ Electronic Workshop
o Ensured all electronic cards to be repaired within 5 working days upon receiving from Store and to obtain minimum 3 months life span on equipment upon installation.
o Carried out Periodic Maintenance on all electronic cards for QC and RTG.

• Purchase and install new Rock Grinding Roller Mill to crush raw material.
• Purchase and install new Hammer Mill to crush raw material.
• Purchase and install vibration screen for material handling purpose.
• Install dehumidification system in raw material storage area.
• Absorption Chillers.
o Involved in design phase of Ammonia Nitrate raw material warehousing and conveying system.

o Compliance with FMA 1970, OSHA 1994 and EQA 1974
