First and foremost l have passion, qualifications and experience, my goal is to join a group which second to noone care services and working environment that enables care assistants.l have also learnt to be patient in cases where a service user might not want to take their medication, eat or even perform a simple task.l have had to be long suffering, engaging the services user until I convince them what is the best action to take, however if individual refused assistant l accept their decision and l would record the incidents a skill l didn't have before.l have also learned to be empathic even though this was a congenital trait.l have learnt that teamwork will always get the job done easily and in a way that helps the service provider meet set targets.
