a) Pre & Post Tendering stage:
Reviewing and evaluating requests for estimates.
Preparing weekly bid calendar and ensures timely completion of estimates.
Detailed Study of Tender Documents, Drawings and understands the scope of work including Technical and Contractual.
Prepare RFI (Clarification) and coordinating with Consultants to clarify all discrepancies before tender submission.
Take off of Quantities of Concrete, Reinforcement, Shuttering, Hot Rolled Steel, Finishes Works etc as per principles of measurements.
Preparing cost/rate analysis by recapitulating material, labor, equipment, subcontractor and overhead costs incurred in the installation of items by Candy(CCS-Estimation Software)
Prepare detailed itemized BOQ.
Prepare and Maintain required documents for detailed technical and commercial offer based upon the standard scope and specification for preliminary submission as well as during finalization and closing of contracts.
Attending pre-tender / post tender meetings with consultants/clients.
Provide all necessary help and assistance for timely submission of tenders.
Prepare Value Engineering / Cost Saving Proposal as per client requirement.
Developing and maintaining data of material cost, subcontractor / supplier database and relationships to ensure the best pricing / to prepare preconstruction estimates and correspondence.
Preparing properly qualified and clarified budgets based on minimal information, when required.
Handover all the contract documents to Project team once job awarded.

Taking off quantities & Site measurement including bar bending schedule, structural steel, finishing items.
Variation claims for extra works.
Cross checking of bar bending schedule.

Co-ordinate with contractor & supplier to meet the target as per planning.
Construction Supervision.
Quality Assurance & Quality Control at Site.
