•Initiated revision of outdated employee handbook and developed additional HR policies and procedures (Developed an attendance policy which reduced absenteeism by 2% year on year)
•Merged four existing medical plans into one corporate plan with 50, 000$ in annual savings while enhancing benefits to all employees.
•Driving set up of an HR organization for supporting business growth in KSA (Growing from 250 to 500 employees over 3 years)
•Evaluated, procured, and Assisted in the implementation of the new HRIS system, PeopleSoft, and performed the needed acceptance testing and rolling out, including preparing and providing training on it for C-level suite and employees.
