To lead the delivery of strategic and operational HR initiatives and projects within specific business areas aligning to the company strategy and objectives. Reporting to the Regional Managing Director and providing generalist HR support.
Lead the transformation of employee perception of the HR function to a value added service, working with Senior Management to drive key businesses and implement HR initiatives. Lead, direct and develop HR teams throughout the GCC. Conduct analysis of the existing employee engagement levels and develop a plan to increase the Net Promoter Score. Update all policies and procedures, services, programs and operations company wide.
