• Developed schedules & budgets and coordinated activities of the design team, ensuring quality control of all deliverables.

Major Projects
• Heroes Elementary School, Camp Lejeune, North Carolina Role: Project Manager - Design and construction of a $14.5M, 110, 000 SF, 768 student elementary school as part of a Public-Private Venture between Lincoln Property Company and Naval Facilities Engineering Command. Responsibilities included oversight of construction drawings and specifications, technical acuity, Developer - School coordination, cost estimating and construction management. Project complied with USGBC LEED Silver requirements and was produced in AutoCAD. 2010-2011
• McBride Elementary School, Fort Benning, Georgia Role: Project Manager - Design of a $34M, 126, 000 SF, 21st Century Elementary School for Department of Defense Education Activity. Led a multi-discipline team of designers from inception design charrettes, completion of tender documents, value engineering, cost estimating, technical reviews and compliance with owner Education Specifications. Project complied with USGBC LEED Silver requirements and was produced in Revit. 20121-2012.
• Condition Assessment of DoD schools at 13 military installations across Japan including Okinawa Role: Project Manager - Led 4 teams working simultaneously on the project involving substantial travel and military installation access logistics, 2010-2011
• Rehabilitation of schools in Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico - Managed an emergency response team of architects & engineers in assessing condition of and recommending measures for stabilization of structures of schools damaged by a fuel tank explosion. Assisted client in defining scope of critical work required and coordinated with client, superintendent, Fort Buchanan personnel & contractors in maintaining progress under high stress & pressure conditions to enable schools to resume functioning, 2009.
• Facility Utilization & Real Property Inventory Study for 5 Domestic Dependent Elementary & Secondary School Districts in CONUS locations including Guam, Puerto Rico & Guantanamo Bay - 96 schools across 23 military installations Role: Task Order Manager - Collated records, organized field team, supervised survey, coordinated review by Real Property Accounting Office and assembled report.
• School Preventive Maintenance Study at USAG Wiesbaden, Wiesbaden Germany Role: Architectural Program Manager - Surveyed 4 schools, recorded condition of architectural components, cataloged & developed database of components & developed maintenance schedules. Led and coordinated with a cross-discipline team in surveying, data collection & reporting, 2009.
• Assessment of the condition of schools at US Army Kwajalein Atoll, Marshall Islands Role: Project Manager - Assessed condition of 2 schools at USAKA with costing for sustaining restoration & maintenance (SRM) for a short-term 5-year window and a long-term 15-year window. Surveyed building systems & materials, assesses condition, prioritized & scheduled SRM, estimated costs and prepared report, 2009
