I started as a sales person in 2008 and got promoted in 2012 to a branch manager's position. I am familiar with the tasks of a sales person as well as a branch manager. But my current job description is as follow:
1. Managed the system very well:
- Billing
- Order new pricing for certain items
- Received and transferred items from branch to branch, warehouse to branch
- Made z-closing
2. Handled customer service
3. Resolved complaints between staff and customers
4. Made the schedule of ten employees every week
5. Opened and closed the store
6. Displayed new items
7. Responsible of receiving items and signing transfers
8. Responsible of the stock: made sure every item was in place.
9. Sent and received professional emails
10. Worked hand in hand with brand managers to make sure everything was in place.
