Responsible for developing and leading the Talent Acquisition strategy and TA team across all Kanoo business divisions in Saudi Arabia. The Kanoo Group is one of the largest independent, family owned, group of companies in the Gulf region.Kanoo has diversified interests in shipping, travel, machinery, logistics, property, oil & gas, retail and commercial.

I established a centralized recruitment function to support the operating divisions. Key achievements included setting up an applicant tracking system via a career portal through the company website, attending job fairs, improving the Saudization % across all divisions, streamlining recruitment processes to reduce the time to hire.

Responsible for managing all recruitment activity throughout KSA for the company. Directed a recruitment team to source both unskilled labour and skilled construction staff for multiple project locations in KSA. I headhunted an entire project management team for an $3 billion construction project in Riyadh. Extensive travel throughout the GCC interviewing construction professionals as well as travelling to the Philippines, India, Sri Lanka to manage recruitment agents. My role developed to also include the management of all camp and compound accommodation throughout KSA.
