 Provide hands-on project management and actively create and manage project plan, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies as approved by key stakeholders, nurturing collaborative communication, to ensure that project objectives are achieved within the project timeframe, budget and guidelines.
 Conduct service analysis reports, tracing scorecards, KPIs and statistical metrics, to enable data driven decision making.
 Identify emerging opportunities, evaluating SWOT, cost-benefit, and ROI analyses, and present the business case to senior management: benefits, risks, success factors, pricing strategies.
 Participate in establishing the yearly budget objectives with cross-functional managers, analyzing business requirements, defining technical road maps, scheduling fiscal allocation of capital and operational expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiate corrective actions.
 Oversee purchasing processes by conducting research to ascertain the best products, collaborating with vendors and stakeholders, to achieve the adequate product dimensioning. Negotiate prices or conduct tender meetings, process purchase orders, and effectively track the procurement process status.
 Manage Sodetel relationships with Orange affiliates, partners, suppliers, and regulatory authorities, in order to collaboratively deliver maximum value and ensure strategic alignment.
 Prepare and review the technical aspects of Service Level Agreements for relevant suppliers, corporate clients, business partnerships, by aligning clauses with adequate norms, realistic quantifiable targets.
 Manage inventory stock levels and movements, by correlating sales figures, forecasts and marketing campaigns, and deploying control measures, to minimize stock holding, until goods replenishment.
 Monitor the broadband technology evolution, selectively determine the best residential products, and collaborate with suppliers and stakeholders, to develop customized solutions, brand fit for Sodetel.

 Ensure maximum possible service availability and performance.
 Service provisioning: IP assignment, core network configuration, customer network services, traffic management, monitoring and graphing.
 Fault handling and troubleshooting by isolating issues and determining root cause, through investigative analysis. (Handling escalation through to resolution).
 Manage and maintain the Network Monitoring Systems.
 Develop QOS policy algorithms for traffic management.
 Maintaining Fixed and Inclined Orbit satellite mechanisms.
 Maintaining an updated documentation of the network.
 Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation.

 Remote support for Installing and Troubleshooting ADSL connections:
o Configure Modems/Routers/Access points.
o Troubleshoot connection problems relying on AAA logs and networking tools.
o Diagnose DSL line quality (noise, attenuation, resynch) with a network analyzer.
