- Troubleshooting and Solving issues related to network, security (Cisco, Fortinet, Symantec...) Systems (Microsoft Servers, Emails, AD, DNS, DHCP), and storage (Netapp, EMC) for enterprise customers.
- Providing remote assistance and follow up on field services engineers.
- Coordinating with other parties (field engineers, team leaders, account managers, sales support, and stock keeper) to ensure proper problem resolutions
- Acting as the escalation point for Managed Services engineers
