• Convert inquiries into confirmed reservations by providing quotations and appropriate recommendations to specific requests and requirements
• Broad understanding of quality control and assurance guidelines, as well as proficiency in recognizing and resolving problems and inconsistencies in transactions.
• Knowledgeable of contact center dynamics and metrics (relationship between service level and occupancy, adherence to schedule, basic queuing principles, and metrics related to performance and efficiency)

• Special processes in general machining which includes:
Heat treat; Grinding, Laser Cutting, Welding; Plating, Coating, Anodizing, Forging and/or Casting; Deburring/finishing; Bushing; Sub-Assembly processes
• Determining manufacturing procedures
• Establish operation sequencing
• Prepare tooling and gauging lists

• Online technical support via phone and/or email support regarding Shared Server Web hosting, DNS, FTP, HTML Editor (Microsoft Frontpage, Dreamweaver, Notepad, etc), E-mail configuration (Outlook, Outlook Express, etc), MS SQL and MySQL Database connectivity, Scripting and MACD troubleshooting issues.
• Respond primarily to routine inquiries of a technical nature and deviation from standard screens, scripts and procedures.
• Support IT hardware and software products.
• Perform work that is varied and may be somewhat difficult in content. Involves evaluation and problem solving, and handles problem resolution that may require follow-up and/or escalation to a higher level of expertise.
• Support customers via live chat, email, or phone support. Responds to customer inquiries by referring them to published materials or secondary sources.
