I've worked with him at AEGIS PeopleSupport as customer support representatives way back in 2006. He was always very professional when dealing with all his customers even if the transactions are only done over the telephone. Even if he's under constant pressure and stress, he still managed to stay calm and level-headed. He always tried to find ways to help the customers to the best of his abilities. He's very proficient with using the programs and tools that were necessary for transactions to push through. He always helped his teammates when they needed help and when there's an opportunity to do so.
