• Conduct the Training Needs Assessments for staff in liaison with the Heads of department and as identified in their Performance
• Develop Annual Training Programme for cross-cutting programs and disseminate to HOD's.
• Identify internal and external training opportunities and coordinate the Company's use of these resources.
• Coordinate and implement the utilization of MTN Academy programmes.

• Develop and Manage the Company's Training budget. Monitor and periodically report on training spend.
• Carry out implementation of MTN Group initiatives that pertain to Staff Learning and development. I.e. Brand Advocacy Programmes; REACH Programmes, etc.
• Develop and submit monthly Training Reports as may be required from time to time. I.e. HR Hyperion Reports, Board Reports and HR Activity Reports.
• Oversee the implementation of the LTM programme in relation to development of the
Talent Pool.
• Support and maintain the Succession Planning Framework in relation to the PDPs for the Talent Pool.
• Provide various communication and implementation of guidelines to enable the Learning Organization Strategy and culture across the Company. e.g. e-Learning Strategy
• Manage and roll-out the entrenchment of a Leadership branded approach in all
