> Contribute and support strategic plans and programs of the bureau,
•> Conduct repairs, installation and performed regular maintenance of window and split type air conditioning system. plumbing
•> Detect faulty operations, defective material such as plumbing and electrical, and report those any unusual situations to proper supervision.
•> Comply with safety regulations, and maintain clean and orderly work areas.

> Implement plans and programs mandated by the bureau for benifits of the inmates and its cleint.

> Coordinate with the goverment agencies, non - government agencies and private sector for the implemetation of the propose project.
> Frequent monitoring that the services fully served to the inmate such as there daily basic needs, proper ventilation and other services related therein.
> Provide enough healthy environment such sports and recreations.
> Update and coordinate inmate cases in there respective court to determine the status of there cases.
> Prepare monthly report, subsistence allowance of the inmate and pripose project inline to the developemnt of the client.
> In charge for the filling of admin records sush as roster of personnel, incoming and out going memos, office order, guidelines and policies including keeping the records of inmates confedintially.
> Prepare letters, proposal and any other documents related thereto as ask by the higher officer.
> Prepare monthly report
> In charge for the cleanliness and orderliness of the work area.
> Serve as liason officer and messenger.
