(Philippine Integrated Energy Solution, Incorporation). The first and most high
technology Central Energy Plant in the Philippines which supply chilled water to
Glorietta Mall 1, 2, 3, 4, Holiday Inn Hotel, Call Center BPO 1 & 2.
• Performed BMS monitoring operation of Ayala Center District Cooling System.
• Preventive maintenance of chillers, cooling towers, pumps (CWP, PCP & Booster
pumps) Electrical Panel, AHU, Generators and FCU.
• Hourly monitoring of all operational equipment gathering data and parameters.
• Weekly test run of all stand-by mode equipments such us pumps and generator to
ensure the equipment is operational and in good condition.
• Reports any system or equipment abnormality to my superior
