• To be aware of store promotions and communicate these clearly to the customers.
• To offer assistance by suggesting a choice of outfits and alternatives to suit the occasions/requirements.
• To thank customers when they leave and encourage them to return to the store.
• Discourage shoplifting activities by constantly keeping a vigilant eye
• Order out of stock items in a timely manner
