Responsible for supporting AMC clients and Clients On demand. Provided all levels of support over the telephone, remotely and mostly Onsite visit to a clients. Assigned to German company base in Dubai, acting as IT Administrator to manage their regional IT department and implement solutions to IT services issue.
Duties:
Installation and maintenance of all systems within a client’s digital environment.
Produce documentation on operational, system and user procedures & guidelines.
Build, configuration and troubleshooting of server and desktop hardware.
Provide advice on selection and purchase of IT equipment.
Maintain maximum availability of supported services for users.
Obtain quotes for supply of goods and services from suppliers.
Design, implement and manage Active Directory.
Monitor the progress of third -party maintenance contract suppliers.
Ensure that support calls are logged and handled effectively and efficiently.
Responsible for disaster recovery, closing security loopholes and access levels.
Ensure adequate antivirus protection & solutions are maintained and updated.
Identify and recommend improvements for E -mail applications.
Responsible for supporting the company's SME clients at all levels as part of a
helpdesk team and as a dedicated Engineer. Ensuring that all hardware, software
and security is configured and installed correctly.

* Manages information technology and computer systems of the company clients
- Domain, Active Directory, Group Policy Management, Office 365
Administration & Migration.
Responsible for all the IT equipment’s and IT operations of the
Hotel.

* Maintain current and accurate inventory of technology hardware, software and
resources.
