• Handles annual maintenance contract for fire alarm/firefighting equipment.
• Prepare and manage maintenance schedules and service of fire protection system for annual maintenance contracts of the building.
• Schedules and assigns technician who will conduct site maintenance.
• Attends emergency calls of clients and ensure to rectify the problem within the given time frame.
• Sending enquiries of items to sub vendors according to client’s specification and obtain offers within the shortest span of time.
• Arrange and attend meetings with the clients.
• Follow the periodic invoicing of annual maintenance contracts.
• Coordinate with related party for material delivery and site work progress to match the given schedule.
• Fill/Re filling process of clean agent fire suppression system and retrofitting application.
• Ensure the filling processes are according to national and international manufacturing location validation and accreditation to raise the quality and reliability.
• Prepare the list of parts and materials to be used in the system to help the sales staff in preparing the proper quotations/offers.
• Provide technical information to the sales staff as needed and as well to the customer.
• Perform other related duties or assignments as directed.
• Handles the assessment of workers performances.
• Fixing or arranging replacements immediately to equipment/machine breakdown.
