Responsibilities

•Implement and improve the Team’s systems by establishing and constantly upgrading procedures, work instructions, standards, controls, reviews and monitoring methods to achieve world class service standards both locally and internationally.

•Lead, educate and develop staff to understand and adhere to best business practices. Increase awareness amongst members on growth plans, systems, procedures, new product lines for generating ownership and building teamwork in order to achieve ready implementation of policy and strategic decisions.

•Monitor and improve on staff to ensure that the team achieves or exceeds its respective commercial as well as service quality objectives regularly.

•Facilitate and lead the Team’s complaints handling, investigation, and rectification within the group to achieve customer oriented and world class service.


•Lead, facilitate and enhance forecasting and planning of the following for the Team to support the annual budgeting of the Team.
•Income overall
•Expenditure
•Manpower, equipment and facilities in the team.

•Lead, develop, implement and improve Team’s long, medium and short term sales and service delivery strategies and business policies to increase market share, yields, productivity, and customer service levels and achieve short, medium and long term expansion and growth plans as per the Company’s set objectives.

•Identify, build and establish new business leads. Also interact extensively and regularly with the heads of existing and new clients, business partners and service providers within the region and world-wide on market strategy, rates, service standards, procedures, etc. to establish, maintain and improve long term relationships in order to achieve and sustain the targeted business results.
