•leading end-to-end project management and scheduling
•ensuring compliance with requirements for government permits
•planning logistics comprising transport, packing, and rigging requirements
•co-ordinating sub-contractors to ensure the smooth running of processes to disassemble, relocate, install and commission all production, services, utility, mechanical and electrical equipment
•overseeing performance-testing conducted by Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) prior to relocation
•liaising with client to determine and meet post-relocation KPIs and deliverables
•managing all processes to support client sign-off, such as snag lists, post-relocation performance acceptance testing and documentation handover
