With the experience gained through personal and professional development I have progressed from small projects with values circa £1.5m to a recently completed school project with a value of £32m. Current project is a new build office/warehouse development for an Oil & Gas company
During this time, working as Principle/Main Contractor, I have gained experience with managing all types of builds from traditional; renovations; timber kit frame; and steel frame, and contracts including Traditional Tender, Design & Build and Management Only

Duties and responsibilities include

• Tender Contract Appraisals and Programmes
• Plan Project and develop Construction Programmes
• Direct and manage Site Team(s) to achieve Project goals
• Monitor and report progress of Contractors on Site
• Oversee the Approval of Contractor RA’s and ensure MS are adhered to
• Write CPHSP, Quality and Environmental Plans for Individual Projects and update accordingly
• Budget and Quality controls and reporting
• Review Construction Drawings and identify revisions, plan on-site works to accommodate
• Weekly/Monthly Internal reporting of all aspects of the Project
• Attend/Chair Design Team/Client/Contractor Technical/Progress meetings
• Attend Contractor Pre-start meetings
• Ensuring Client Expectations are met
