- Chief Executive Officer charged to oversee the day to day activities, supervise and contribute expertly to all functions relevant to the Institute’s mission and reports to Council of the Institute.
- Takes responsibility for the functionality of the Institute’s programs, implementation of the approved budgets and ensure that Council decisions are effectively implemented.
- Ensures that schedules of all Institutes’ meetings are properly organized and see that all programs are designed in line with Institute’s objective.
- Developed the curriculum of main courses, lead facilitator, presenter and teacher at the Institute’s training programs, workshops, seminars and conferences.
- Liaise with agencies, government and private sector to link the Institutes programs and activities.
- Liaise with Universities and other Tertiary for accreditation of the Institute’s curriculum and establishment of business development as a core course.
- Lead contact person that relates with Federal Ministry of Education, Justice and Nigerian Board for Technical Education on issues of The Institute’s syllabus, course curriculums.
- Developed Master Class programs on Business Intelligence, Competitive Intelligence, Franchising, Business Modeling and initiator of the Institutes’ Diploma courses
- Analyzing various requirements and logistical constraints, to contribute key inputs while floating requisitions/tenders, and finalizing contracts for services and programs of the Institute.
- Articulate good methodology for membership growth and advice Council on the management of the Institute.
- Interfaced with diverse departments across the designated business entity to identify key relevant requirements, and create purchase/service solutions to prevent incompatibility in service and program flow.
- Conduct market research, to identify alternative programs and best service providers, negotiating subsidiary contracts and alternative deals for trial periods.
- Evaluating viability of proposed contracts in view of the Institute's current commitments, proposed lock-in period, ROIs, long-term solvency and possible market variances. Drafting proposals for negotiating credit with banks and financial institutions.
- Advising Council about budget planning and expenditure management.
- Collating, and compiling data/ Inputs from various sources, and generate key matrices reports for each segment as well as consolidated reports for the Institute using current trends.
- Drafting short term contracts and negotiating end to end activities encompassing issues of comparative estimates, settlement and breach of contract parameters. Verifying and control Invoices.
The M.Sc was research based and the thesis was on “Factors Determining Consumer Brand Preference for Powdered Detergents in Lagos 2009”.
The MBA was an Executive and my thesis was “Marketing Financial Services in Banks a Case study of United Bank for Africa UBA Lagos Nigeria”. 2002
