Wealth Manager and Financial Adviser to a portfolio of ex-pat clients. I deal with all aspects of financial advice, including retirement planning, family protection, investment management and debt planning.
I managed a portfolio of 100 private and corporate clients, assessing lending risk and developing sales and new business opportunities. I led a team of other mangers, approving their lending propositions and overseeing their professional development.
I also sat on the bank's Senior Lending Committee, assessing the lending proposals from other managers, and sat on a committee responsible for updating and amending the bank's procedures and credit policy.
Various roles and broad experience in UK banking across both corporate and private banking roles. My expertise focused on sales and business development, and in building close relationships with my clients to maximise business opportunities in the longer term.
My position included lending and credit risk assessment, and also security arrangements, both taking this and in enforcement when having to deal with the recovery of non-performing debt.
BSc (Hons) Degree in Financial Services. This also conferred the Associateship of the Chartered Institute of Bankers (ACIB).
