ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
➢ Payment Application; Advance, Interim, Penultimate & Final payment application,
analyzing Risks in payment applications in order to prepare internal valuation,
Reconciliation for the payment certificate advance copy etc.
➢ Change order management; Analyzing of Variations, notifications to the Engineer,
submission of Variation orders/New Rates, ensuring the closure of all the Engineers
Instructions etc.
➢ Liaising with Engineers & Clients; Follow-up for payment certificates, follow-up for the
variation order/New Rate approval and liaising with Engineer in all other commercial
issues.
➢ Contract Administration; Timely response for all contractual correspondences, alerting the
PM about all the contractual obligations, finding solution for each contractual issues in
coordination with the Commercial Manager.
➢ Raising Claims; preparation of claims in coordination with the Planner, Project Manager &
Commercial Manager in consideration of company’s policies, Ensuring proper backups for
each claims, Maintaining claim diary etc.
➢ Attending Commercial Meeting; External Meeting with Clients/Engineer & Internal
Meeting with Managers.
➢ Internal Reporting; Internal Value for each payment applications
➢ Sub-Contractor management; Contra charges, Payment certificates, liabilities to the sub-
contractor etc.
➢ Preparation of Bill of Quantities & Review of entire Contract Documents in favor to the
interests of company.
➢ Preparing daily cost report and monitoring the daily work progress with submitted Request
for Inspection and coordinating with QA/QC team.
➢ Preparing the measurement sheet for monthly Interim Payment Application (IPA) to submit
consultant.
➢ Calculating and Monitoring Material on Site (MOS)
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
➢ Reviewing and proper analyzing of contract documents such as BOQ, Specifications and
drawings etc.
➢ Preparing quantity take offs from Tender / Contract / Approved shop drawings
➢ Payment Application; Advance, Interim, penultimate & Final payment applications.

➢ Procurement; Procurement of Sub-contractors and finalization of materials in coordination
with the PM.
➢ Floating Enquiry to the Suppliers / Manufacturers as per the make specified in the tender
documents and analyze the received quotations from suppliers, perform a comparison
among received quotations to reach the most competitive one and meanwhile to satisfy the
client’s requirements.
➢ Meet with Subcontractors and suppliers, when required to discuss and clarify technical and
commercial aspects.
➢ Certification of Sub Contractors and invoices and contra charges considering approved
quantities based on the RFA/WIR.
➢ Preparation of Bill of Quantities & Review of entire Contract Documents in favor to the
interests of company.
➢ Coordinating with project execution team for ensuring all the scopes of work are being
carried out with as per contract.
Reviewing and proper analyzing of contract documents such as BOQ, Specifications and
drawings etc.
➢ Measurement Take-off for the entire Project.
➢ Review of Tender documents in detail and develop the clear understanding of scope of work
and responsibilities.
➢ Maintaining the current and previous estimation records and referring to it occasionally for
ensuring the range of accuracy.
➢ Proper arrangement of tender documents prior to submission.
➢ Preparation of BOQ, Price analysis schedule etc.
➢ Coordinating with the site team to identify practical scenarios involved in different work
faces and Maintaining effective communication with the entire project team.
