Job Description:
1) Preparing and arranging payment certification for Major Subcontractor and Labor Subcontractor.
2) Preparing pre and post quantity take off based on the Principle of Measurement (POMI) & approved
drawings.
3) Operating AutoCAD for taking accurate measurement and computation especially for complicated
drawings.
4) Visiting site to monitor progress.
5) Maintaining awareness of the different contracts in current use.
6) Preparing and arranging BOQ & variations.
7) Updating monthly liabilities and cost report of our Subcontractors.
8) Coordinate with the Construction Manager, Project Engineer and QA/QC Manager & Engineers
regarding progress, contract charges and some issue that affecting the cost of the project.
9) Understanding the implications of health and safety regulations.

Job Description:
1) Conducts estimating requirement for estimate.
2) Submit cost estimates on or before customer’s required bidding date.
3) Coordinates with Estimating Supervisor work schedule priorities and other jobs needed relative to
estimating.
4) Estimate up to date direct cost.
5) Analyze item requested for estimate based on customer requirement.
6) Canvasses purchase/farm-out item needed for estimate, especially rush quotations as maybe required.
7) Coordinates with Sales Engineer or Technical Sales Assistant concerned relative to request for estimate
endorsed by them.
8) Coordinates/verifies complicated estimates with production department’s capability to do the
item/project in case of order.
9) Ensures estimate works are completed before endorsement of the same to the Estimating Supervisor for
checking.
10) Operates computer for downloading works, records and materials cutting sequences
