espresso drinks, blended coffees, or teas.
● Understand menu content and keeping up to date with
any menu changes.
● Check temperatures of freezers, refrigerators, or heating
equipment to ensure proper functioning.
● Making recommendations from the menu if requested.
● Answer guest queries in a polite and helpful manner.
● Clearing cutlery and dishes away from tables.
● Describe menu items to customers or suggest products
that might appeal to them

● Receive and process customer payments ( running the
POS).
● Learning the names of & building relationships with
regular customers.
● Greeting customers as they arrive and showing them
to their table.
● Escort customers to their tables.
● Bring the wine selections to the table and pour in
appropriate glasses
● Check patrons' identification in order to ensure that
they meet minimum age requirements for
consumption of alcoholic beverages.
● Collect Payments.
● Inform customers of daily specials.
