- Curriculum development and integration of AERO standards improving overall teaching effectiveness and coherence across subjects
- Initiating, training and managing the North West Evaluation Association’s (NWEA) Measure of Academic Progress (MAP) testing program and resulting in improved student achievements in assessments.
- Successfully implemented Rubicon Atlas for curriculum mapping to restructure vertical and horizontal articulation of the curriculum
- Leading special report teams for accreditation purpose with New England Association of Schools and Colleges (NEASC), successfully receiving Self-Study status for re-accreditation

- Overseeing the curriculum in each sector Hospitality with development and design of curriculum and objectives
- Establishing the delivery of learning & development activities for quality and consistency, ensuring coherence in line with the global strategy
- Developing performance assessments to ensure required competencies for the course are being met
- Produced appraisal sessions with the professors resulting in overall more effective and efficient teaching and learning methodologies

- Oversee overall financial management, planning, systems and controls

> Course tutor, facilitating the study and social life of international students, guiding students in their academic studies and coaching the students to perform their best
Education project, International Education, Curriculum development and Information technology in Education are some of the core subjects covered in this course. This allowed me to further develop my competencies in areas of research, curriculum analysis and design, information technology design and integration in blended and or e-learning classes.
Completion of the Cambridge CELTA Course The course deals with methodology and teaching of English as a second language to adulte learners. It is a worldwide recognized certification for teaching English
Certification as Microsoft Office Specialist Expert for Excel 2007 Microsoft Word and Powerpoint
Certified teacher HES-SO (Haute Ecole Specialisée, Suisse Occidentale) This certification requires set standards in teaching as well as minimum levels of attended development courses for teaching. It is required to teach at the Higher education institutes delivering bachelors in applied studies.
The course in Hotel Management included subjects such as Marketing, Accounting and Human resources, Cost control, Menu pricing and strategies as well as F&B Management and food safety.
