- Site-supervision.
- Quality controls and co-ordinations.
- Architecture and shop drawings for (ceiling, flooring, electrical, furniture, etc...) by AutoCAD.
- Documents works (BOQ for works, Time schedule) by Excel & MS Project.
- 3Ds perspective interior and exterior shots by 3D Max & Photoshop.
- Responsible for finishes: (Marble, wood, ceiling fibrous gypsum, landscape, electrical & sanitary works).
- Executing landscape and fence.
- Finishes & Furniture presentation board.
